2. Permitting & Engineering (Weeks 3-8)
Parallel track: permit applications filed while engineering finalizes plans. Most permits approve within 4-6 weeks.
3. Fabrication (Weeks 5-32)
Factory builds your modules. Quality inspections at 50%, 80%, and 100%. You'll receive progress photos throughout.
4. Delivery & Install (Weeks 33-34)
Modules delivered to your site. Installation team assembles and connects all systems in 2-4 weeks. Initial walkthrough and handoff.
