Delivery

Your modules are carefully transported by our fleet to your site. We coordinate timing with site prep and foundation completion.

What if permits take longer than expected?
We handle permitting, but some jurisdictions move slowly. We'll manage the coordination and keep you informed. Fabrication doesn't start until permits are in hand.
Can I make changes during fabrication?
Yes, but only before fabrication begins. Once cutting and assembly start, changes become expensive. This is why we lock the design before moving to Stage 4.
Who handles the site prep and foundation?
You coordinate with your local contractor or hire one we recommend. We provide detailed foundation specs and coordinate timing with delivery.
What's included in the final walk-through?
Systems training (HVAC, water heater, electrical panels), warranty documentation, maintenance tips, and a direct contact for any future service needs.
